With a background in operations management and years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve learned that healing doesn’t have to be boring—it can be joyful, vibrant, and full of flavor. Whether I’m behind the bar, building digital products, or bringing people together through music and conversation, I lead with intention, authenticity, and heart.
These days, I’m diving deep into a few passion projects:
Mis Recetas: Cada loco con su tema – my upcoming cookbook inspired by flavor, family, and stories.
Salsamente Correcto – a salsa music-themed trivia game celebrating the golden era of salsa.
And of course, digital tools and guides designed to uplift, inspire, and empower.
